⑹Ion exchange processing (IR) system. When aluminum profiles undergo anodic electrophoresis, the pH value of the cathode will continuously increase. The use of an ion exchange resin system can remove impurities from the tank solution, while anions and cations stabilize the pH value of the tank solution. If a reverse osmosis device (RO) is added, a closed-loop system can be achieved.
